The Rum Tum Tugger is a curious cat! This kitty is super indecisive, if you let him in, he'll want to get out, if you give him a rat, he would rather have a mouse. In real life though, the Rum Tum Tugger is supposed to be a Maine Coon. A fluffy cat with a 'mane' (get it?) around its neck. The Rum Tum Tugger's fuzzy jacket mimics the mane PURRfectly.
