Pokemon Heroes - MEOWsaics - 3

 

This newest MEOWsaic is a nod to one of my favorite Pokemon Movies, Pokemon Heroes. I like it for several reasons, I love the villains, Annie and Oakley, I think the story is nice, and Latios and Latias are amazing! Latias you might remember from earlier posts, but Latios, her brother, I've never drawn before. (Latias is the red one)
